Terms and Conditions

Quotations

Subject to availability at booking time; prices may change due to inflation or currency fluctuations. The price is quoted in USD.

Reservations

Require a 30% deposit to confirm, with services subject to availability; equivalent services may be substituted if initial ones are unavailable.

Payments

30% deposit at booking, balance due 40 days before departure. Full payment required for bookings made within 40–60 days of departure.

Cancellation by Customer

Fees apply based on notice period, ranging from 25% to 100% of the total service cost.

Tour Modifications by Provider

Honey Badger Namibia Tours & Safaris may modify tours due to local or safety conditions without compensation.

Insurance

Customers must arrange their own travel insurance covering medical expenses, repatriation, etc., as Honey Badger Namibia does not provide this.

Indemnity and Authority

Honey Badger Namibia is not liable for delays, damages due to third-party errors, or force majeure events. Guides have authority to make safety-related decisions.

Health and Accident Liability

Clients are responsible for their health status, and any personal accident during the safari is at their own risk.

Luggage and Visas

Passengers handle their own luggage; Honey Badger Namibia is not responsible for losses. Visa requirements for Namibia are the passenger's responsibility.

Photography

Honey Badger Tours reserves the right to use media captured during tours for marketing without client compensation.

Acceptance and Governing Law

Payment implies acceptance of these terms, which are governed by Namibian law.
