Refunds are calculated based on how far in advance of your scheduled departure we receive your cancellation. The table below outlines the applicable rates:
Standard Cancellation Refunds
Refunds are based on the timing of cancellation in relation to the scheduled departure date:
- 61 days or more before departure 75% refund (25% cancellation fee)
- 31 – 60 days before departure 50% refund
- 16 – 30 days before departure 25% refund
- 0 – 15 days before departure No refund (100% cancellation fee)
Additional Notes
Refunds may vary if certain service providers have stricter policies than those outlined by Honey Badger Namibia. In such cases, adjusted fees will apply based on the specific provider's terms.
